On a side note...

I have to say that the VFP showing there was very impressive. It seems that the VFP group was much more active and prominent than the vb, vc or the sql group. Everywhere I looked I saw VFP badges. I think the Microsoft guys there must have noticed the same thing. At the final keynote the q&a panel had more VFP people than the other groups as well.

I spoke with one person from Microsoft at breakfast one morning and he told me that there was talk at one time about dropping vfp but the vfp community made so much noise about it that they kept it going. I don't know if he was just talking or this was fact but keep your voices heard. It seems to have paid off.
