Has anyone seen this before?:

I have a form with a grid, pageframe and a few buttons.

When I use the mouse on the verticle scroller -works fine but if I use the up/down arrow keys the entire display gets offset by a few pixels. Everything appears multiple times (7-10 x's) but offset like a stacked deck of cards just slightly spead.

Any input would be appreciated.
