I think you are dead wrong here. My VERY small circle of VFP-types (approx. 10 people who I see only from time to time) has one of them appearing here irregularly and another appearing here rarely. 8 other have NEVER shown up here.
I've had occasion to ask a couple of them if they've heard of UT. Neither of them had and then offered that they wouldn't be interested anyways because FP/VFP is their 'day job' and they use the internet for leisure activities and e-mail only.
I think this has got to be fairly 'typical'.
Also, 250,000 (more like 300,000 last I saw a number) comes from MS as the number of licenses out there. And we can be quite sure that not all developers using FP/VFP are actually using their *own* licensed copy or a 'legal' copy.
