Hello all,

I have come across a situation that I find a little strange. When using business rules, it checks them during a save as you would expect, but what about when I have an occasion to have a business rule that says you can't delete something? We have some records of a certain type in our current application that we don't want to be deleted. Our first thoughtwas to create a business rule to that affect. We found out that the business rules are only checked when a save is done. We have modified the framework to do the same check when a delete is done, but were wondering what others have done in this scenario. Is there a better way to handle this through the framework? Is it standard practice to not check business rules when a record is being deleted?
