but i am not using any UDF. When I issue preview it shows all record but for
printing it shows only first record. ( not printing after preview)
i.e. direct printing w/o preview

>When you test this, are you doing the PREVIEW first and then the TO PRINTER? If so, you are probably using a UDF or something else in your report that is moving the record pointer or changing the current selected alias or changing the sort order so when the TO PRINTER report prints, the environment is not the same as when you did the PREVIEW.
