The connection fails when attempting to connect from the NT Server running the IIS to the VFP 6.0 database on different NT Server where the Data resides.

The error message is "ODBC Visual Foxpro Driver cannot open file _____.dbc"

The connection works fine if data is on the same server or We connect from a workstation running Win '98, but not from Server to server.

Any Ideas or help would be appreciated.
