I happen to know for a fact that Nick and his beautiful wife Tatiana took DevCon as an opportunity for a little vacation. This is probably why he hasn't responded; he's been out for some time.

And I disagree with your response to me on another branch of this thread about a freeware/shareware author's responsibility to fix bugs and provide bug-free code. This is true, ethically if not legally, for software that you have bought a license for -- but not for freeware or unlicensed shareware.
