Hi Ulises
If you do not have MSDN on your machine , then also you can run HELP using F1 key from Visual Foxpro. For that you need two files on your machine,

1) foxhelp.chm
2) foxhelp.chi

Please follow this steps...

1) go to Tool/Options/file Locations
2) set path of Help File to foxhelp.chm

That's it . It will work
