Moving a project in the project manager is only going to fixup the directory entries inside the PJX/PJT files. And it doesn't work very well if you don't have relative pathing. You will be much better off if you moved the data folder under the project folder ie \mysystem and \mysystem\data. This will make it much easier to replicate your system for new projects.
