Hi Nadya,

>Besides, why are you thinking, I can't find the problems and fix them by myself, if the source code is available? I hope to think, that I have this ability...

No one thinks that you couldn't fix problems with the source. However, sometimes, myself included, we reserve our copyright insofar as the source goes to protect intellectual property. I have a few utilities here that I do not release the source because some of the methods for doing things were created in the course of paid client work and I don't think it's fair to the client to release that source code.

>Now, the question is: can I use the files, which are here in Download section or I can't? I used several of them without problems and if I found a problem or bug, I usually notify the author in private.

Sure you can use them, within any terms in the files EULA or copyright notice. Or however you like if public domain (and EXPLICITLY posted as public domain).

>With GH is another story, because I belive the number of users is quite bug, so I expected someone to help me here. Besides, I saw several threads here already devoting GH, so why I can't ask a question about it?

Nothing wrong with asking for help from the members; there is something wrong with demanding a reply and a fix from the author.

>>As Gonz said, if your using freeware or trialware or beta code, you have to expect problems now and again with no implicit obligation on the author to fix. If you expect so called "commercial reliability" from freeware (labours of love, usually) then no-one is going to bother writing this stuff for fear of perpetual criticism and/or unreasonable expectation(s).

Like Gary said.
