I just created a form with a pageframe and a panelled grid on it and don't see anything like what you are seeing. Does it still happen for a non-panelled grid? Are you sure you don't have code somewhere in your class hierarchy that's causing it? Does it occur on other machines with different video drivers?

The problem: when I refresh the grid, the left half of the grid (Pane1) most of the time flashes in the top half of my form covering some controls (and sometimes staying there), as well as refreshing normally in the pageframe. I've tried putting a shape on the top half to cover the form surface but it still appears on top of that too.
