Is this true for all CD's or just one in particular? I don't believe CD's will autorun if they are missing an autorun.inf regardless of the setting.

You might want to try clearing it, rebooting, re-enabling it and rebooting again... yeah I know that would be a pain.

Do you have TweakUI installed? If so, under the Paranoid tab, there are two additional settings for auto-running data and/or audio CD's. I'm not sure which exactly which registry settings these control though...
