I want to create a window that stays active until user selects a command button of OK or Cancel. The window or form needs to be created at run time or on the fly window or form. I want to create the window or form from a command button on existing form. When the user press the command button I want the window to come up on top of the old form and be active until user closes the window. What should the code look like to create the window object.
