I don't know if replacing the VFP300 file will solve your problem. But from the error message you have, this file may be damaged. Another problem may be: you're developing in VFP3.0b and try to use the program with VFP300 from VFP3.0.
In both cases, replacing this file with a good one, can be a solution. Anyway, this is the first thing to try because it's very simple to do it.
