Actually, 3M will send me to two conferences/classes a year. I'm already going to San Diego and hoping Whil will invite me to speak at Whilfest, neither of which would count cause 3M won't be paying for them. The only class training I'm interested in is something on UML. TechEd was the only other thing I could come up with. However, the timing isn't good. We'll be polishing our next release from mid-late June, so I won't be there.
