That's America, neighbour. One guy has sued the producer of ... because he got hurt by using it, and got ....000.000 dollars in court, so they rather print a dozen warnings (which may be taken as an insult, assuming the supposed intellectual level of the customer) than get sued again. Last famous case is "warning: hot content" on the coffee, because one lady got hurt spilling coffee on herself. After all the decades of technology, they still haven't invented cold boiling water, or at least harmless boiling water.

Oh, Contraire!
When I taught physics I regularly demonstrated COLD BOILING WATER!
First I would put some water into a flask, stopper it, then pump out the air. Putting some dry ice against the side of the flask condensed water vapor in the flask, further reducing the internal pressure until it dropped below the vapor pressure of water at room temperature, causing the water inside to boil. You can use water-ice to cause boiling by first bringing the flask to a boil, causing steam to displace all the air. Then stopper it and put an ice cube against the side. The water insde will boil even when it is at body temp (37C) or slightly lower.
