Well, it happened to me too once. However, after full remove of MSDN and installing it again with all default folders, it works. Note that I do not know what version of MSDN you have. The last year MSDN CDs works ok for me. Finally, I beleive that re-installing of VFP cannot help here, but I do not know exactly. I beleive VFP just reads the registry to determine if MSDN installed. Do not know much on this topic.
