Hi!
If you want to use the DLL, you require to register it under MTS (COM+ at the W2K) if you want to access it from other computers through DCOM. Multi-threading here do not matter because really it is not used by any MS tool (MTS/COM+ do not use it too for VFP and VB COM objects - you still cannot use MTS pooling).
