Hi Nadya,

Thanks for your reply. I have two tables, parent (employ) and child (empldtl). It needs to be sequenced chronologically to appear in the grid correctly. Are you saying we shouldn't use Order By in views but in forms? By the way, I do have other forms with views using Order By with no problems...

Thanks for your observation, I appreciate your input! Enlightenment on why "never use table prefix in Order By" would be greatly appreciated...
