Only negative to the conference for me was the lack of emphasis on VFP in some talks and the MS sales-pitch-itiss that a few of the talks leaned towards (especially on the pre-session talks that you had to pay extra for).
Facilities were lacking in traffic flow management but the food was good without exception, the balconies were a nice place to code, and the outdoor whirlpool was big enough to float a couple of sunfish (the boats, not the fish)...
