I think the ultimate warning would be "WARNING - this package contains a lengthy warning with lots of small print; before you make any claims, your knowledge of its contents will be examined and the claims will be void if your expertise is C or worse."

On the flip side, I've heard the "sue the manufacturer" virus is hitting Europe as well. An alcoholic in France sued the producers of absinth (sp?) for not having a warning on the bottle. I'm coming to think that some of these guys should have some warning inside their brains, like "Warning, this is a brain. Dangerous when not used".
