One of the benefits of working for MSFT is free soda and subsidized food. For example, between the building that the Fox team is in and the second building is a full service cafeteria. Hamburgers gor for something like $2.00 and that's pretty much a full meal.
The benefit to MSFT is 1) less traffic, 2) more collaberation between various groups, 3) less time away from developing, and so forth. Brilliant IMO.
