during I have researched the MAILTO behaviour, I have found the followings!
Test it and will see...

In windows explorer go to Program Files\Outlook Express


1. step one

rename msimn.exe to anything. Wait 5 sec. What happened?


2. step two

delete msimn.exe Wait 5 sec. What happened?


3. step two

delete msimn.exe and copy to here anything with the same name. Wait 5 sec. What happened?


4.

delete msimn.exe and copy to here anything with the same name but marked as read only. Wait 5 sec. What happened?
