I'm pretty new to this, too, and haven't used these, but found them in a web search and thought I'd pass them on to you.

WebFocus - http://www.informationbuilders.com/products/webfocus/

Of course, you can always use traditional tools that run against Oracle for reporting, as well.

I'll be watching the thread for other input.
