Our first MSDN subscription was in 1997 and was the Professional Level, since then we've been Universal. In checking my records (such as they are< g >), it appears that VS wasn't included. I would assume, if that was the case, that you'd have to be at the Universal level to get the "priority" level service. IOW, get it early.

Hopefully, Mike or Garrett can clarify.
