I already have a very long code compared to what you can do with gendbc. It saves structure and index properties to tables in case to recreate (from fox2x days). If you really want it I'll send it.
IMHO it's really easy to get with gendbc and extract portion you need.
Also think of afields(), copy structure extended, create .. .from ...
