Hi.. As Craig mentioned I've had some good successes with the new built-in FAX services in Windows 2000. I'm thinking about writing an article about it but would be more than happy to help you out if you'd like.
I needed a centralized FAX out only kind of approach so I've used Web Connection, Print-2-Image from
www.imecominc.com and the W2K FAX Services. It works very well though there have been the usual 'glitches'. My FAX server polls our Transaction Server every ten minutes, retrieves any pending faxes, prints them locally and then sends them out.
Let me know if I can help, ok?
Best,
DD
