If I specify a table, the form repeats the data for however many records are in the table. Do I have to create a empty table to satisfy this or is there a little trick I can do? Since I have various fonts and indentations, no graphics (yet), I can't just dump the data to a text file and print it.

Pete,
This sounds like a report not a form. In order to do what you want with a report, you do have to have a table with at least one record. You could create a temporary DBF and insert a blank record before calling the report. Instead of adding your display controls to the detail band of the report, add them to the report footer or header sections which only print once.
