createdatastructurexml() method in wwxml class generates
size and precision attributes for field tag.
Those will generate errors in IE 5.5 & MSXML 3.0 with sp1

I checked also MSXML SDK and havent found any tags for size and
precision.
Why createdatastructurexml() generates illegal tags ?
