If you indicated you want the Calendar control OCX file in the setuo wizard, it should produce a Setiup.Exe, a CAB and other files. Copy those to the target machine and run Setup.Exe

It should install your EXE, plus VFP's runtimes and install and register you OCX. Isn't that what's happening in your case?
