Ronnie,
Ok, send me also what functionality you want me to check for you and can I make changes in the code?
Yesterday I took a quick look into FrmGrid and grdsomething (don't remember the name) only. Found lots of code, but not sure, all it's needed. I haven't examined it carefully, just thought, that all code from Grid.Refresh should be eliminated and you should design your grid with all properties in design-time.
You also don't need to call grid.refresh() method from form's Init.
Try this suggestion first, see, if it would solve the problem with doubleclick, then we can move on to other problems.

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
