(i.e. the Borg portal or whatever was just an exit in the Alpha Quadrant. So how do the Borg get back? And how did they destroy the last Borg ball (not cube)? And yes, they stole Batmobile technology. But all in all it was well done.

Don't know how the Borg planned to get back, but the captain allowed the Borg sphere to overtake Voyager to stop them from firing. She told Tom Paris to adjust course, leading us to believe they might be taking the nearest portal out and back into the delta quadrant. Then when they stopped, she asked him where they were and he replied "Where we expected" so the viewers still don't know. Then they fired a Interphasic(?) torpedo and escaped as the sphere exploded... Right into the group of starships - now a welcoming committee.
We didn't here the command to fire, but we saw someone (I don't remember who) fire it and saw the topedo hit the inside of the Borg sphere.
