The best and most seamless product I found is DynaZIP (www.innermedia.com). I think Hallogram sells it (www.hallogram.com)

It comes as a DLL and an OCX so you choose how to use it. It even has samples in VFP and it ca do everything with a ZIP producing Winzip/PKZip compatible files. Excellent product!
