In Windows 2000 it should be under

\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book\User.wab

In Windows 9x:

WINDOWS\Profiles\User\Application Data\User.wab

Just substitute "user" for whatever user name you have. If it's not there for some reason just look for files with the wab extension, HTH.
