I always ask "why" you want to remove it. Many times people are removing it because they don't like the fact that it goes to the default printer so they think they have to issue a separate REPORT FORM command to prompt for the printer. If this is the case, do this instead ...

REPORT FORM MyReport TO PRINTER PROMPT PREVIEW

This will preview the report first, then if they pick the printer button they will be prompted for the printer.
