Are you looking for SQL overall or T-SQL? I haven't found any of the latter that I liked. For the former try "Mastering SQL Server 2000" (Gunderloy & Jorden, Sybex) if you are working with SQL2K.
Believe it or not, the SQL "Books Online" is also very useful.
