Now youse guys have made me hungry for a couple of the old Ball Park Franks we used to get at old Tiger Stadium in Detroit. Best food in the majors...

(sigh) those were the days...Boog's BBQ at Camden Yards is an okay subsitute, but there was still nothing like the old yard at Michigan and Trumbull. Broke my heart when I heard they were going to tear it down.

>>>>>>
>>>>>>Yep...I meant FSN, not FoxSports. FSN gets a lot of the games, and we don't have cable. My wife likes to watch the Rangers as much (or more?) than me...if they are on TV, she has the TV on them < amusing mental picture >
>>>>>
>>>>>My wife doesn't like to watch games on TV, but loves to go to the ballpark. We usually hit Turner Field for a game when the Cubs are in town. Hopefully, this July when we're up in the Chicago area, we might make it Wrigleyville if they're home.
>>>>
>>>>For sure, mine loves to go to the games, too. And the Ballpark here is great...of course, doesn't have the history like Wrigley.
>>>
>>>It's not only the history that makes Wrigley, it's the surrounding neighborhood. Ah nuts, now I've got a taste for a Polish from Murphy's (formerly Ray's) Bleachers.:-)
>>
>>Sorry for makin' ya homesick :P
>>
>>The closest we have is a jumbo Decker dog with grilled onions...from a cart underneath the homerun porch. The first Krispy Kreme in the area is in Arlington, so we sometimes drive there (20 minutes out of the way) and get some hot glazed (now I've got a taste!) after the game. Now we have a couple more Kreme's around here, but the closest is still 30 minutes from my house.
>>
>>I've never been to Chicago, but I have experienced the wind *g*. It is as windy here as it is there...
>
>Actually, the nickname "Windy City" came about because of some inter-change between New York and Chicago politicians. "Windy" as in a lot of talk. Acutally, I think by the weather data, Oklahoma City, OK is the windiest city. However, on a blustry day in downtown Chicago, turning a corner can almost knock you off your feet.

>>All the system32 files are gone off of my boss' laptop, and she is about to leave town for 2 weeks. Win98...I'm thinking of running windows setup on top of the install. :(
>
>Uggh!
>
>BTW, Kerry Wood just finished pitching the Cubs second consecutive one hit shutout over the Brewers.:-)
