Thanks for your help, but:

I have the OCX correctly registered
I upgrade with a service pack to COMDLG32.OCX version 5.01.4319 an the problem still exist.

The first time I choose Properties after I droped the activeX it works fine, afterwards when I edit the properties I have the ole error...?
