I am printing a report from VFP6 to a Lexmark 2490 dotmatrix printer using the Lexmark printer driver. After setting the report up, testing it and putting it in production, it started acting up. The page size seems to have shrunk, moving the footer up the page and making the following page's data start at the bottom of the first page. We have fixed it a couple of times by playing with the footer size, but it goes back to the smaller size, seemingly for no reason. Turning the printer off and on again has no affect after the report starts having its problem. Documents sent to the printer from Word have the proper page size. We have tried both saving the printer info with the report in the expr,tag and tag2 fields and clearing it out. I understand that problems can occur if the footer is too large, but it shouldn't be (paper size is 8 1/2 X 11, header is about 4 inches, footer is 3 1/4 inches). What else should we try?
