I have a main menu running 2 sub menus, these are forms not menus.

the main menu uses do form to run the sub menus, however, when you return
to the main menu later in the program the sub menus have been hidden not released
so do form cannot run a second time, how can I have these sub menus show or be
made visible from the main menu?

Can I load all three forms from the main.prg and then just hide and show them?

Or should I be using some kind of loop with options ?
