I am converting a spreadsheet application to VFP and I need to calculate the annualized return for an investment given the following:

Date purchased
Date Sold
Cost
Sales proceeds

I've looked at pv,fv and the payment function and they don't seem to be adequate.

Anyone have any ideas or can steer me to a solution?
