Sure, but I think there will always be a need for paper copies.

Sure, but I don't think that that in and of itself is sufficient cause.

Will there be more fols using monitors rather than paper? Sure. Will electronic overtake paper? Don't think so - until it's immediate and painless in terms of ease of use.
