The resource file is usually specific to an application (mostly called foxuser.dbf, but this can be changed)
If you find this file & move it into a backup location then at least 1 of your apps should start working again (VFP will create a new one if it can't find one where it expects it to be)
But you will get the same problem if 2 versions of VFP are using the same resource file, best to specify a new (application specific) location for the one in VFP6 (under tools options file locations)
HTH
>I receive "ERROR: RESOURCE FILE VERSION MISMATCH" when trying to execute a win32 executable file created with VFP 6.0, and it is imposible to run it.
>This program was running fine . This message appears after an instalation of another program made also with VFP which I don't know the version. None of both programs can run now.
>Any idea?? Thanks.
