1) Insofar as hiding the task bar, check out the latest version of Advisor. There was a good article on how to manipulate the task bar there. That could lead you in the right direction.

2) I don't believe VFP can change screen resolutions dynamically. You will need to shutdown and restart vfp to get the settings to take.
