Did you try YourForm.Show() ?

My experience says that you can get all kind of anomalies on putting Screen Off or On in the middle of your app; if the above doesn't help (your task -I think- is just not active) try to set screen off earlier in the init of the app. Try also _SCREEN.Visible = .F.; I have in mind that this makes a difference.
