No, I have no idea why it works. Just that it solved the problem. I've discussed this here before and nobody knew why either. Some times I just don't ask. I just accept. ;-) What I've begun to do is create a class of a textbox that has the color set to this offset. And other properties that I need and use it instead of the base class textbox.
