I agree, John.

It is in fact the monopoly DICTATING with the poor excuse of much cost savings. I say it's little cost savings, but *I* don't matter, as don't you or anyone else. MS knows best and what they get away with others surely (99% of the time) follow.

I simply would like to see them invest a bit into the pixels delivery to truly make it a better, more productive (in use) medium rather than simply replace the books as they are.

I read of plenty of gripes about the MSDN facility too, but they sure seem to fall on deaf ears.

I suppose we are as much to blame as anyone since we let the deafness prevail.
