Have you got this and 5D pdf to work.
I have a problem with 5D pdf writer: I can use it with REPORT PROMPT
clause only. If I remove PROMPT clause from REPORT command, 5d PDF
writer will not create a pdf file without any warning. I have no idea why.

However, Ghostscript works well but is a bit more difficult to install.

I was in Malaysia some time ago and climbed to Gunung Tahan in Taman Negara.
I also lived some days near Imbi. Imbi plaza in mentioned in Lonely Planet Guide about Malaysia and Bhutan.
