i need to create the INCLUDE file from MS WORD (WORD 97 & WORD 2000). i was given advice my mike stewart but could not successfully implement the same due do my not having the requisite service pack installed.

as i require this INCLUDE file on an urgent basis, could someone email the same to my address which is -> rajs17@hotmail.com
