Ok, i found out most of what i needed.

I'm compiling the code i wish to share into a "common.app",
that common.app includes a common.vcx which contains all my objects.

By using the following commands i can share my code:

set classlib to common.vcx
set procedure to common.app

I can call procedures and objects but i'm still looking for a way to share my forms. The "Do Form test in common.app" command is not supported.
I have to convert each form to objects and call the object instead.
